The hotel property was QUIET with great location short walk to the zoo, aquarium, takeaways, restaurants, shops, beach and the park, shops, and the park. Had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating in my deluxe queen room. Enjoyed street view. The vibe here was quiet. Moreover, I parked on-site.

The room at Tippy's Guesthouse was cozy and comfortable, with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I loved the balcony in our double room, it provided a wonderful view and a nice place to relax. The electric kettle was also a convenient addition for making hot drinks.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the fridge in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hosts were well organised and easy to approach, providing excellent communication. The room was very clean, with no missing equipment and everything in working order. We especially appreciated the abundance of coffee available. The hotel offered good value for money, and we highly recommend it! If we return to this city, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, flexible, and easy to approach, and the communication was excellent. The room had no missing equipment, and the value for money was unbeatable. The location was fantastic, near all the attractions, shops, and the beach. The staff were friendly, and the beds smelled amazing. a fantastic stay with superb amenities and top-notch service.

Having a fridge in the room was a bonus. It allowed me to store drinks and snacks for midnight cravings.

The karaoke nights at the guesthouse were not really my thing, but I can see how others might enjoy them.
